Двухэтажный коттедж на улице Ленинградская расположен возле моря, в самом центре Гурзуфа. Рядом рынок, магазины, кафе и столовые.
Коттедж новый, на первом этаже полноценная кухня, столовая и санузел.
На втором этаже две изолированные кондиционированные комнаты. Максимальное размещение в коттедже 4 человека.

В коттедже есть вся необходимая мебель. Полностью оборудованная кухня и столовая. На втором этаже 2 изолированные спальни, в каждой спальне двухспальная кровать, большой шкаф, прикроватные столики и телевизор.

Коттедж расположен в центре Гурзуфа, рядом продуктовый рынок, магазины, столовые и кафе.
В пешей доступности главная набережная и городские пляжи. В 100 метрах от дома расположен большой парк для прогулок. Банкоматы, такси, аптеки – всё расположено рядом.
