Однокомнатный номер в гостевом доме находится в тихом,респектабельном районе Гурзуфа. С террасы открывается панорамный вид на море, Медведь-гору, скалы Адалары. В номере есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания.

В 50 метрах от дома есть небольшой магазин,а большой супермаркет в 300 метрах. Дорога к морю занимает 12-15 минут неспешной ходьбы.
