Комната на втором этаже частного дома. Терраса, кухонный уголок, свой душ и санузел, кровать-двуспалка, кондиционер, интернет. Свой душ и санузел находится рядом с комнатой. Соседние двери, смотрите фото. Во дворе бассейн.

Хорошее расположение:

- Рядом кофейня, аптека, супермаркет «Галактика», остановка «Артек Лазурный».

- Кафе и столовые — 10 минут в сторону моря.

До моря, пляжа и набережной идти 15–20 минут пешком (1 км 300 метров). Обратно можно подъехать, ходят гольфкары.

Правила проживания: часы тишины 21:00–7:00; провод гостей запрещен; в бассейн не прыгать; громко музыку не включать; бассейн работает до 21:00.
Заезд в 14:00, выезд в 12:00.
