Сдам домик (мансарда) у моря в частном секторе. Чистый и уютный, комфортный для проживания 1 пары. Есть большой балкон, где можно отдохнуть с чашечкой кофе. К морю 5-мин. пешим ходом. Рядом находится столовые, рестораны, рынок, также не далеко есть остановка общественного транспорта. Домик находится в тихом уголке Гурзуфа, рядом легендарный лагер Артек. Также к нашему домику с набережной есть подвоз электро-кары. ( в стоимость домика плата за электро-кар не входит).
