Близко от набережной. Не далеко остановка маршрутки 106 до Ялты (тем, кто не ездит своим авто). Комнаты просторные и высокие. Замечательный балкон с интересным видом на поселок и море. Вежливый, спокойный хозяин. Есть двор, где можно жарить шашлык и устраивать трапезу. Фото с балкона третьего этажа.
