Квартира-студия находится в Гурзуфе, старом фонде, но с хорошим ремонтом, рядом есть магазины, детская площадка, остановка общественного транспорта. До моря пешком 15–20 минут, 1–1,5 км. Квартира небольшая, один-два человека, так как там один диван. В квартире есть всё для проживания: телевизор, Wi-Fi, небольшая кухня, холодильник, газовая плита, бойлер, горячая вода, душ, туалет и т. д. Квартира на северной стороне, сдаю без животных и детей до 5 лет.
